By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with Building Approvals Dubai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Building Approvals Dubai provides consultancy and documentation support for obtaining building approvals, permits, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from Dubai government authorities and master developers, including but not limited to Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Trakhees, JAFZA, and Nakheel.
Our services include, without limitation, drawing preparation and coordination, submission management, follow-up with authorities, fitout and renovation approvals, fire and life safety approvals, signage approvals, and related project management support.
Important: Building Approvals Dubai is an independent consultancy. We are not a government authority, master developer, or regulatory body, and we do not issue approvals, permits, or NOCs ourselves.
All approvals, permits, and NOCs referenced on our website or discussed with our team are issued entirely at the discretion of the relevant government authority, free zone, or master developer. Approval timelines, documentation requirements, fees, and outcomes are determined solely by these third-party bodies and may change without notice. We act only as a facilitator and documentation consultant on your behalf.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
Delays or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client are outside our control and may affect approval timelines.
Service fees are quoted separately for each project based on scope, authority requirements, and complexity, and are communicated to the client prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Any timelines communicated by our team are estimates based on our experience with the relevant authority and are provided in good faith. Actual approval timelines are determined by the respective government authority and can be affected by factors beyond our control, including authority backlogs, site inspections, incomplete third-party documentation, public holidays, or changes in regulations. Building Approvals Dubai does not guarantee specific approval dates or outcomes.
When using our website, you agree not to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Any project drawings, documents, or materials submitted by the client remain the property of the client, subject to our use of such materials solely for the purpose of processing the relevant authority approval.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Building Approvals Dubai shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total consultancy fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Building Approvals Dubai, its directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or provision of inaccurate or misleading project information.
Cancellation and refund terms for consultancy services are governed by the specific service agreement or quotation signed with the client. Where work has already commenced, has been submitted to an authority, or fees have been paid to a third party on the client's behalf, such amounts are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
